Questions and Answers
Q: If I want to eat better and lose some weight, but also have high cholesterol and higher blood sugar. Which package would be best for me?
A: The Comprehensive Dietary Package would be the place to get started. If you’d like to meet with me first to discuss your needs and see if I’m a good fit, please book an Initial Consultation. Any remaining time in that appointment can be saved for a follow-up visit when taking a package.
Q: I have both IBS and want to lose weight. Where should I start?
A: Since your needs fall in both Routine Health and Digestive Health categories, I’d recommend taking an Initial Consultation so that we can meet and I can understand your specific needs. That way, I can recommend the best place to begin and whether services should be taken in tandem, sequentially, or, if at all possible, combined into a single package.
A: Hypothyroidism runs in my family, and I think I may be moving in that direction. Can I take the Hypothyroid Management Package?
A: Absolutely! The Hypothyroid Management Package will enable me to work with you and your doctor or clinic to get tested, and the Hypothyroid Nutrition Session will help you to optimise your nutrient intake, which will support conversion of the inactive form of thyroid hormone (free T4) to the active one (free T3).
