The Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Package is designed for individuals who have had Celiac disease and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) ruled out by their physician and have received a diagnosis of IBS.
This package uses a systematic approach to identify the specific foods or food components that contribute to your digestive symptoms.
To achieve this, we utilize a Time-Food-Time-Symptom (TFTS) Journal. By documenting the relationship between what you eat and how you feel, we can identify consistent patterns. These insights form the basis for clinical recommendations on which foods to reduce or eliminate to help manage your symptoms effectively.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Package Structure
The IBS Package provides four services:
1. Introduction to the TFTS Journal: This session provides instructions on how to accurately track data using the Time-Food-Time-Symptom Journal, tailored to your specific symptoms. We will verify your data collection after three days to ensure the information is being captured correctly.
2. First Clinical Review: We will review the first three weeks of your journal data. I will identify patterns and provide specific recommendations on which foods or beverages to limit or avoid, explaining the clinical reasoning behind each suggestion.
3. Second Clinical Review: After collecting an additional two weeks of data, we will conduct a second review to further refine your dietary strategy and identify any secondary triggers.
4. Final Review & Lifestyle Strategy: In the final phase, we review your remaining data and consolidate all dietary and lifestyle recommendations to help you minimize symptoms and manage your IBS long-term.
Optional Add-on: Functional Dyspepsia teaching is available, covering dietary changes to reduce symptoms and the role of the vagus nerve in digestive health.
