Digestive Health Services

Digestive Health Services

I have spent the past 15 years supporting people with Digestive Health diagnoses, including IBS, newly diagnosed IBD (Crohn’s disease, colitis), celiac disease, and SIBO.

Package Pricing: Digestive Health packages offer savings compared with booking the same services as individual Clinical Nutrition Appointments. The first visit in Digestive Health packages is billed at the standard clinical rate, while subsequent services in the package are offered at a reduced rate.

Questions and Answers

Q: What’s the difference between the IBS Package and the low FODMAP Package?

A: The Low FODMAP Diet Package is designed specifically for those people who want to follow a low FODMAP diet, which is taught in three phases, whereas the Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Package is for those who have been diagnosed with IBS but really don’t know which foods, or food components, are causing their symptoms.

Q: I just got diagnosed with SIBO… can you help?

A: Yes, and before starting antimicrobial treatment is an ideal time to begin nutrition support, although some people start the package after they have already started treatment.

Q: I was told that I have celiac and was just given a printout… is that enough?

A: Unfortunately, for many, a handout is all they get, and it doesn’t explain all the other things they need to know for setting up a gluten-free kitchen, eating out at restaurants, and shopping for food. In fact, a number of my clients have taken the Celiac Disease Management Package after continuing to experience symptoms while trying to figure it out on their own.
