The Low FODMAP Diet Package is designed for individuals who have received an IBS diagnosis from their physician and have been advised to follow a Low FODMAP protocol.
This dietary intervention is implemented systematically in three distinct stages to determine which specific FODMAP groups contribute to your symptoms and which do not. This reduces the number of foods that need to be avoided long-term, enabling you to confidently expand your diet without concern of symptoms.

Question and Answers
Q: I was told that I have IBS. How do I know if I should take this package or the IBS Package?
A: This package is designed for people who have been told by their doctor to follow a FODMAP diet, whereas the Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Package is for those who don’t really know which foods, or food components, are causing their symptoms and need to find out.
Q: I was given a list of low-FODMAP foods to avoid and tried following it, but I don’t think it’s helping. Can you help?
A: Yes! There’s a big difference between being given a list of foods to avoid and systematically avoiding them so you can determine which ones bother you, and which ones don’t. I will guide you through 3 systematic stages of elimination and reintroduction so you will know specifically which FODMAP foods are the issue.
Q: My doctor recommended I follow a low-FODMAP diet, but I’m not convinced that these foods are the issue. Can you help?
A: I would recommend starting with an Initial Consultation so we can discuss which foods bother you and your symptoms, discuss the two options, and then you can decide whether this package (Low-FODMAP) seems like the best approach or the IBS Package.
Low FODMAP Diet Package Structure
The Low FODMAP Diet Package provides four specialized services.
1. Overview of the 3-Stage Low FODMAP Diet: This initial session provides an introduction to the three-stage clinical approach. We will review the methodology and discuss the long-term clinical benefits of using this structured method to manage digestive distress.
2. Teaching the Initial (Elimination) Stage: During this phase, I provide comprehensive coaching on which foods to avoid and which can be safely consumed within each category, including proteins, dairy, vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts, sweeteners, and condiments.
3. Teaching the Intermediate (Reintroduction) Stage: This stage focuses on the structured reintroduction of specific FODMAP groups. You will receive detailed instructions on how and when to reintroduce these foods, including the precise amounts required to establish your tolerance in each category.
4. Liberalization and Beyond: In the final stage, we personalize your diet by reincorporating FODMAP foods that did not trigger symptoms. We also cover essential “Low FODMAP and Beyond” nutrition education, highlighting non-FODMAP factors that may impact your overall health.
