The two teaching sessions provide comprehensive teaching to
(1) individuals newly diagnosed with Celiac disease (IgA-mediated gluten intolerance)
(2) those previously diagnosed who continue to experience symptoms or who have been unable to achieve a normal IgA-tTG lab result.
