- We are licensed to provide services in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario.
- No doctor’s referral is required to book an appointment unless your specific extended benefits plan requires it.
- If planning to use your extended benefits, please verify that your specific plan covers visits to a Registered Dietitian prior to booking an appointment.
- If you don’t have extended benefits, our Flexible Payment Options enable you to pay-as-you-go for each set of services in a package. For more information, please visit the Book an Appointment tab.
- We frequently work with couples and multiple members of the same family, and while each individual is assessed individually, Meal Plans are designed to work together (no need for different meals).
- We are normally booking ~2 weeks ahead, but we do have a cancellation list.
- If your situation is clinically urgent please let us know and we will do our best to fit you in as soon as possible.
- The length of time required for each appointment varies based on the service, therefore all appointments are made via email.

- We do not direct bill however we do provide receipts with packages broken down into their individual services, with the date and time of each service clearly indicated, so that they are quickly reimbursed.
- Payment options are outlined on this page.
- All services are priced at or below the Reasonable and Customary Fee Limits of five major benefit insurers in BC, Alberta and Ontario. Check with your plan provider to find out what your specific extended benefit plan covers.
- We no longer offer discovery calls however if you would like to meet to discuss your background, which service may be the most suitable, and to see if we are a ‘good fit’ for your needs, the Initial Hourly Consultation is designed for that purpose. Should you decide to move forward by taking one of the packages we offer, any remaining time left in the Initial Hourly Consultation can be ‘banked,’ and used later for follow-up services.
- Encryption protection secures all personal and health information sent and retained at our office.
Please note that we are closed for the holidays beginning December 19, 2024 until January 6, 2025, inclusively. If you send in your completed intake documents (outlined on the Book an Appointment tab) in our absence, we will reach out to you about booking your first appointment upon our return.

If you are a doctor’s office and want to refer a patient, please download the referral form and send it with the supporting documents to the fax number indicated on the form.

- If you have questions that are not answered above, then send us a note using this form. We usually respond within 24 hours during the work week, or 48 hours after returning from a weekend or statutory holiday.
Please do not provide a Shaw email address as their 3rd party email client frequently bounces incoming or reply emails, making communication both frustrating and unreliable.
