Celiac Disease Management Package

 

The Celiac Disease Management Package provides detailed teaching for those newly diagnosed with celiac disease (IgA-mediated gluten intolerance) or those previously diagnosed with celiac disease but who are still experiencing symptoms or who have been unable to achieve a normal IgATTG test. These teachings will focus on how to eat to avoid accidental contact with gluten or gluten-containing products, including how to share a kitchen with those who are not celiac and how to eat out at friend’s houses, or restaurants.
