ROUTINE SERVICES
Routine Health has been the core of my practice since becoming a Dietitian, including healthy eating, preventive nutrition, and weight management. With nearly 18 years of clinical experience, I have spent the past 15 years specializing in Chronic Disease Management support for type 2 diabetes, obesity, high blood sugar and cholesterol management, and more recently, GLP-1 Nutrition Support. A decade ago, I expanded into Hormonal Health, including support for PCOS, menopause management, and hypothyroidism (Hashimoto’s).
Note: If you have more than one health concern or nutrition goal, we can discuss during an Initial Consultation which package best matches your primary goals. Many nutrition strategies overlap or can be integrated, but each package is designed around a different clinical focus.
Comprehensive Dietary Package
The Comprehensive Dietary Package is my core all-inclusive package for those who want to eat healthier, lose weight, and/or gain muscle mass, for preventive nutrition, and for chronic disease management (e.g., type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, fatty liver). Below are a few key features of this package.
Other Routine Health Packages
GLP-1 Nutrition Support Package
Nutrition support for clients using GLP-1 medications for weight loss and who want to maintain their lean body mass and bone mass, and ensure adequate nutrient intake through healthy eating.
Prenatal Nutrition Package
Enables women to optimally nourish themselves and their unborn babies throughout the three trimesters of pregnancy. Provides three Meal Plan variations: one for each trimester.
Menopause Management Package
Helps women “of a certain age” navigate the metabolic and hormonal changes associated with perimenopause and menopause. This package focuses on weight gain, changes in body composition, and sleep disruption while addressing other routine health conditions.
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) Package
This package helps women address the underlying insulin resistance and high levels of circulating insulin that are core features of the disorder. Targets metabolic health, reduces symptoms, supports weight management, and improves the likelihood of conception for those planning a pregnancy.
Hypothyroid Management Package (including Hashimoto’s)
The emphasis of this package is on sustainable weight management and ensuring adequate dietary intake of nutrients essential for converting inactive thyroid hormones into their active form.

Questions and Answers
Q: I have some weight to lose, but I also have high cholesterol, and my blood sugar is high. Which package would be best for me?
A: The Comprehensive Dietary Package would be the place to get started. If you’d first like to meet with me to discuss your needs and I’m a good fit, then please book an Initial Consultation. Any remaining time in that appointment can be saved for a follow-up visit when taking a package.
Q: I haven’t been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, but it runs in my family, and I think I may be moving in that direction. Can I take the Hypothyroid Management Package?
A: Absolutely! The Hypothyroid Management Package will enable me to work with you and your doctor or clinic to get tested, and the Hypothyroid Nutrition Session will help you to optimise your nutrient intake, which will support conversion of the less active form of thyroid hormone (free T4) to the active one (free T3).
Q: I have IBS and want help for that, but I also want to lose some weight and get healthier. Where should I start?
A: Since your needs fall in both Routine Health and Digestive Health categories, I’d recommend taking an Initial Consultation so that we can meet and I can understand your specific needs. That way, I can recommend the best place to begin, and whether services should be taken in tandem, sequentially, or, if at all possible, combined into one package.
